The position of Operations Associate is responsible for setting up, facilitating, and breaking down for any events or programs that occur during the employees shift. Operations associates are also responsible for general site maintenance and upkeep. Their goal is to ensure the safety of all guests and to provide the best possible experience for all visitors.

Visit Buffalo Niagara

Applications are now being accepted for a unpaid, full academic year or semester-long internship with the director of communications in the marketing department at Visit Buffalo Niagara. As part of the internship, student will work in the downtown office with the communications director. Internship is unpaid. Financial assistance given to help with parking costs. Overall program benefits include contributing to the workings of a nationally award-winning marketing department.
