The Visitor Services Associate position plays a key role in the overall visitor experience at the Botanical Gardens. The Visitor Services Associate position supports the Visitor Services Team and the Visitor Services Manager. This position ensures an exceptional visitor experience and helps with overall visitor orientation, general ticketing, and in the Gift Shop.

Visit Buffalo Niagara

Applications are now being accepted for a unpaid, full academic year or semester-long internship with the director of communications in the marketing department at Visit Buffalo Niagara. As part of the internship, student will work in the downtown office with the communications director. Internship is unpaid. Financial assistance given to help with parking costs. Overall program benefits include contributing to the workings of a nationally award-winning marketing department.
