  • Manager of Rentals and Events

    Burchfield Penney Art Center

    The core responsibility of this position is management of all aspects of rentals. This includes fielding all requests, offering times to meet and view the space, explaining our fee structure, creating contracts, accepting deliveries, and being the staff representative on-site while events take place. Managing the overall facility availability, in conjunction with other programs and exhibition needs, and scheduling is a major part of the process.

  • Admission Lead

    The admission shift lead assists the team in the day-to-day guest experience operations at the attraction. The Shift lead’s primary responsibility is serving as the Manager on Duty for the entire attraction, ensuring the efficient operation of our Attraction, Retail Shop, and Diner. Shift Leads also plays a vital role in developing our front-line staff to deliver world-class customer service daily.

    Roles include: Oversee the smooth operation of all departments, including Admissions, Attraction, Food and Beverage, and Retail Delegate, and monitor daily assignments for front-line staff. Coordinating training of front-line hosts and supporting admissions.

  • Attractions Lead

    Join the fun at Peppa Pig Theme Park as an Attraction Shift Lead! You’ll be at the heart of the action, guiding the team and making sure our Attraction, Retail Shop, and Diner run smoothly and safely each day. As the Manager on Duty, you’ll ensure our little guests and their families have a day filled with laughter and memorable moments. Plus, you’ll play a key role in developing our front-line staff to deliver top-notch service, making every visit an unforgettable experience!

  • Entertainment Lead

    The Entertainment Lead supports one or more of Peppa Pig Theme Park’s shows, events, or costumed character products. Their work involves cast/crew supervision, show/event quality assurance, safety, and venue operations. They are also instrumental in running and maintaining rehearsal and operational processes, training, schedules, production books, and cast/crew start-up meetings.

  • Youth Basketball Growth Manager

    The Youth Basketball Growth Manager is focused on developing strategy, generating revenue, and growing the Pacers Sports & Entertainment presence within the youth basketball community. This position will assist in managing current relationships as well as developing new relationships. The Youth Basketball Growth Manager will work various community and in-arena events, along with all home games.
